I'm trying to find a theme that would be maybe similar to what i have now on http://www.lacrosse-lounge.com/test/ but it needs to be responsive and have a left and right side bar the one i currently have only has a left sidebar as you can see. I want a news feed on the right side. And the store hours and a Google ad on the left side and or vice - versa. any ideals? Id be most gracious for whoever could tell me how to do this with my current theme or with another similar theme. I also notice issues with how it looks on mobile and havent got a clue whats going on there so any help you can offer is great. Im open to anything you have to tell me thank you for your time.

Try using the search/filter for 3-column flexible width themes -- you'll have to read the specifics about how responsive (specific to smaller devices) they are and other details:

It's certainly likely -- but you might have to do some customization and/or create a custom template -- unless there is a 3-column one that comes with the theme. Did you purchase it via lynda.com course and did you take the course?

If so, perhaps modifying it is something you want to do? If you don't know anything about coding and WP, that's probably a bit of a stretch at this point. But these pages have lots of good info if you are so inclined:

If you're brand new, I'd suggest using a fairly simple theme that has the basic layout you want -- and go from there.
