   I am Looking for a plugin which creates facebook page on every post.

   There are a bunch of them. In the back end of WordPress, go Plugins -> Install New and type "facebook publish" in the search box.

   For example, there is Facebook Page Publish and SharePress.

   You'll need to do some research to see which ones meet your particular needs.
