I am looking for a plug-in that will allow me to enter RSS feed URL's and it will automatically add the feed contents as new posts on my blog.

Posted 2 years ago #Try wp-o-matic. Worked for me, but isn't perfect.
BTW, Google's totally on to this. :) It's not that you'll get a ranking penalty for having this kind of content on your blog, but it will appear to googlebot like a total void in quality on your site.
