Looking for plugin: sign up then get article/PDF

    Hi,

    I’ve searched the plugins directory several different ways but can’t figure out how to describe a plugin I need and guess someone has made.

    I have two clients looking to deliver online articles and PDFs after their site visitors sign up. It would be a form to collect name and email address. When that is submitted, they’re emailed a link and/or redirected to a page where they can download the article/PDF.

    This is fairly common functionality online so I wonder if anyone knows what plugin(s) are available with WordPress?
