Anyone know of a WP plugin to list the most popular posts in the sidebar? I checked the wp-plugins.org and weblog tools lists and found none. Any ideas?

    thanks,
    David

    I think I found it
    http://boakes.org/most-wanted
I'll report on it after installation.

I spent lots of time setting up that niftly little plugin. I actualy got it working, after some changes suggested in the coment thread. Also, the script runs on StatTraq.

But, I am getting a clash somewhere in my admin with this script. Could anyone tell me what this means and how to fix it. The script runs, but the admin panel gets messed up and eventually shuts down...

    Thanks, David

Thanks for the help. Once I saw the codex troubleshooting answer, I realized I had seen that once before. It's amazing what one space can do!!

Anyway this little plugin is cool. Find it here: http://boakes.org/most-wanted
It displays a list of most visited posts, updating continually with data from StatTraq, which can be found here: http://randypeterman.com/StatTraq/ The author of StatTraq has promised a new, permalink friendly version. It may be worth waiting for that.

If you decide to try it now, be sure to read the list of revisions in the comments of the MostWanted site. The revisions are all to the StatTraq plugin. So, again it's probably best to wait for the new version of that.
