Hi. I am looking for a pluging that allows me to hover the mouse over a link and get a tooltip(an object right beside the mouse) containing a picture. Is there any plugin for this? I have been looking but cant find.

I've read that you can do it in a plug-in called 'SkinnyTips' but I've had no luck...
