Looking for horizontal gallery scroll plugin with toggle buttons. Suggestions?

I am in need a horizontal scroll gallery plugin that has these attributes-
-uses toggle buttons (correct term?) or has the option to use toggle buttons under the gallery.
-centers middle photo automatically
-needs to be thesis compatible

I would also like it have these options if possible
-automatically resizes photos
-has an option for auto scroll and you can set auto scroll speed
-lightbox
-can be touch controlled to be used on mobile devices
-loads fast

I have links of mockups of how I would like the galleries to look and act like at the bottom of this post if that helps.

I know what I want, but don’t know a ton about wordpress, so I am having a hard time finding this plugin. Or would something like this even be a plugin?
