Looking for drop-down selectors which generate specific results

Hello all, I’m looking for possibly a plugin that will allow a person to select options from various drop-down selectors. Once all selections are made, I would like to have a specific result generated based on their selections. This would actually be for a mortgage website where they would select whether it was a purchase or refinance and other general information and then their particular closing costs would be generated. Any ideas?
