I’ve been searching hi and low for a knowledge base theme that looks something like the following that was written for a Drupal website…

Can anyone point me in the right directions or have suggestions?

The exact site builder used for the link you provided is called JSDuck.

1.) You can create the entire site based off of markdown files.
2.) Run 1 command in you command line (linux, mac or windows)
3.) The documentation site is generated for you. FTP all your files to your webserver.
