   I am looking for a Widget that can be added that flows between different pictures, and each picture can have a URL, so in general you can advertise without using google adsense I need this to be a plugin so it is easy to edit.

   you could use something like carousel lite http://www.gmarwaha.com/jquery/jcarousellite/ and a simple text widget
