I'm an avid WP blogger and I am pastor of a church that is in the market for developing a website. I'd like to build the site using WP but I also don't want it to look like a blog. IOW, I'm looking for a premium WP theme that acts as a CMS and not just a blog.
I've done some research so far looking for some premium CMS themes and have a few possibilities (like FlexxTheme or Mark Church theme at ithemes.com or WP Remix), but I thought I'd ask here for advice on using WP more as a CMS rather than a blog.
Thanks for your help!
I've set up a few sites that use WP as a CMS rather than a blog, so it is entirely possible. The main difference is that the emphasis shifts towards using Pages rather than Posts and Categories.

Thanks.
Any suggestions on a theme to try or start with?
I mentioned a couple above, so feedback/reviews on premium themes would be helpful, although I may play around with a free one(s) first to try it out.
I may create my own theme(s) someday, but just don't have the time right now, unfortunately.
This forum probably isn't the best place to look for feedback/reviews on premium/paid themes.
