Looking for Client login system plugin

Need a plugin where clients can login to wordpress front end and go to page where client can upload documents with application form.

I should then be able to reply on that that same application to approve it.

Step One
User Signs

Step two
User logs in to my site, where it will be welcomed by the client protal page, where he will have his own little space to upload documents for me, together with a application form/contact form.

Step three
I need to have full access to go through the users contact form and documents that he/she attached.

Step 4
I will then just reply on his/her contact form and let them know if the application they submitted is successful or not.
