I am looking for a plugin that could either be a contact form or a cart that would allow me to do the following 4 steps, and then send me the information, to have the user:
1. Select an image from a list of 6-10 images
2. Select from a list of 10-20 poems/quotes
3. Upload a file
4. Have the user select the price they want to pay.
I've been looking at various cart plugins for days and can't seem to find anything that fits the bill. Do any of you know of any plugins that would do this for me?
I'm using these plugins:
* WP Simple Paypal Shopping cart
* Inline Upload (which actually doesn't seem to be working at the moment...)
I have it set up here but don't completely like the implementation:

I'm not opposed to paying for a plugin that would do this, but I want to be 100% sure it would do it before I bought it, and I don't see carts that allow me to do the step 1-2-3-4 like what I have here.
Any other ideas?
