looking for a Template that remains above the fold (bottom of screen)

    hope someone can help

    Are there any wordpress templates that have a scroll within the template like this site?

    http://www.deliciousblue.co.uk/

    and the whole thing remains on the view page, above the fold?

    Not sure what the correct terminology is.
