iamchelI plan on starting the development of a new website some time this week but before I get started I would really like to firstly get some input on the best way to pull of the site and to know if its even possible to create simply using plugins and some css/html. I plan on creating a website mainly of my photos but there are a few things I'm specifically looking for. First off I plan on having a 5 star rating system so I the users can rate the photos out of 5 stars (I found gd star rating but I'm not sure if its capable of this). Also I plan on promoting the highest ranked photo to the home page (whichever photo has the most stars, followed by the photo with the highest number of votes ie 5 stars given by 20 different members). Also the users will be able to comment on the photo's themselves and said comments will simply appear under the photo (I imagine this is simple, but I'm just including it to give you sort of mental image).
