   I'm trying to find a good and free plugin that will allow my visitors to login using their social network accounts (facebook, twitter, google, openid, etc.) to leave comments and interact with my site.

   So far the only one's I've been able to find only work if I subscribe to their service. I don't make money on my site, so I'm not going to spend money every month for this ability.

   I did try "social connect", but it's customization options were non-existent and it messes up my front page.

   Can anyone please let me know if there are any out there that work and are free?

   I'd really like an answer to this question too. I would really prefer not having to use a third-party service to connect with social sites.

   One option I've seen is the OpenID selector, which can support facebook and twitter (like it does on drupal), but doesn't automatically...

   So... Any ideas?
