   I am using 2.9.2

   I can't find a working post scheduler. And have been looking, I imagine there would be a plugin for this. Something you just set to post a random non posted post every min, hours or days or whatever.

   If it exsists can someone point the way.

   you can do that in the post edit or add new page
   in the right sidebar click on "edit" beside publish and you will be given the option of date and time to publish
