   hi there,

   i'm have a client that is looking to perform some CRM functions with their customer records. Basically, i want a user to register with the site, generating an email to my client (initiating the sales transaction). Once my client performs their end, they want to update this client record and generate the response email, including costs for the service and their paypal link, to their customer.

   I'm looking for a plugin that will help me design forms in WP that will interact with mysql entities.. does anyone know of anything that does this or do i need to start from scratch?
