   I have a spa blog as a spinoff of our other website and wanted to find a plugin tool that would add say a FITNESS, DIET, MOTIVATIONAL, INSPIRATIONAL, WELLNESS, or HEALTH TIP of the DAY type of quotes via my blog.

   Would like it to appear in the sidebar but not sure if we have anything like avaiable as a plugin?

   Any suggestions would sure be appreciated!

   I have a java based one on there now for a Fitness Tip of the Day but prefer it not be java as it affects load time and not everyone has that enabled.

   However if you find one, I would still consider it.

   Anyhow appreciate any comments I can get.

   I had found this site which allows you to subscribe to different kinds of quotes. The site admin had asked me about my plugin and if it could use feeds from his site. It currently doesn't handle feeds.

   This plugin is called wp-utterquotes and uses a db for the quotes. It has an admin in which you manage your quotes. I don't know if it works in WP2.1. You can read about it on my blog and also see it in action.
