Looking for a plugin?

Hello everybody,

I need a plugin for my new project.I want to build a submit form that people can submit guides.In that guides i want to choose what people can submit like photos,names,clickboxes etc. I can easily do that with a contact form plugin but i need some extra options.I need hover options with photos.Whenever someone come on photos there will be explanation boxes. Is there a plugin like this that i can edit and start with?
