I am just curious where one would go to find a WP partner. Someone to write some articles, and help run the site ... as well as advertise, and generate new ideas.
Doesn't have to be a "job", but more of a friendship & learning experience.
If we get enough visitors/traffic and start generating money I am willing to offer a percentage (~30-40%).

I just saw your post. Even though your offer sounds great, I'm up to here with stuff and I don't have time for the kind of partnership you seem to be looking for (and unfortunately I don't have anyone to recommend you either).
However, if you give me a little time to take a thorough look at your blog, I can offer you some feedback and ideas, free of charge, of course. I have done it a couple of times in the past since I became a member, and I've found it pretty gratifying and interesting.
I'm currently working on a project right now that is due tomorrow, but I'll try to look at your blog over the weekend and send you my feedback. Would you rather I posted it here in public or sent it you privately by e-mail? Let me know!
