looking for a members plugin that offers internal messaging

I am wondering if anyone knows of a plugin which will fill this need so that I don’t have to write one.

I am looking for a plugin that allows users to sign up to view “premium” content. Once they are signed up, in addition to the premium content, they will have access to a “my profile” page where they can edit their user details and quickly access their premium content.

I would also like there to be an internal messaging system so that the site admins can send a message either to a specific user, a group of users or all users. These messages would be displayed on the user’s “my profile” page and they would also be able to receive email notifications of these messages.

The other important element is that the users who sign up would need to log in using a custom login page (not the standard wp login page) and they would not be able to access the standard wp dashboard – only their custom “my profile” page.

So thats what I am looking for – I figured there is no sense in reinventing the wheel if something like this already exists. if not then I will have to build something.
