   Hello,

   I've been asked to implement a 'light a candle' feature on a WordPress site. Basically they want some sort of book of remembrance feature where people can complete a form and their message comes up on a page next to a candle or another image. For example, please have a look at http://www.isands.ie/candles/.

   Can anyone please advise if there is any plugin available which would allow visitors to fill out a form and for it to appear on a page like this? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

   I don't know of a plugin, but have a look at comment type plugins, as it may be possible to adapt one of them to your needs. In fact it may even be possible to just use the standard comments!
