looking for a facebook-like image uploader (allows user to crop on upload)

You know when you upload a profile pic to facebook, it gives you the option to crop it right away? I’d like to implement that for a WordPress theme I’m developing for a client so when they don’t have to pre-edit a photo before uploading it to make sure it’s the right dimensions..

The built-in WordPress ‘edit image’ option doesn’t seem to be working for me as I try to crop the uploaded image but it doesn’t retain the crop dimensions when inserted into the page…

any ideas?
