   I have the need for a simple form plugin that

   1) Collects information
   2) Allow user to pay via paypal.

   Once the payment is complete, the information is sent to my email.

   Sometimes the payments are for events, and sometimes they are for memberships. They are always pretty much the same - collect info and collect money.

   Is there anything out there that does this? Or do I have to figure out a shopping cart or use something like Wufoo or Gravityforms?

   I just started looking at WordPress Events manager PRO. It appears to be a one time fee of $75. It seems to do exactly what you and I are looking for.
