   Dear Friends,

   Most of the comments I receive to my blog I am forced to not approve them. However, I would like to save them for reference. Is there a plug-in which would add this option to comments?

   Also I would like to be able to email the commenter to explain why his comment is being declined. Is there a plug-in which would help with this directly from the comment console?
