Lookin for a plugin!

    Hey guys,

    after searching on Google for quite a time without finding what I am looking for I thought I give it a try on the WordPress forum.

    I am currently looking for a WP plugin which provides the following features:

    I am running a membership website based on WordPress and Whishlist Member. Now I want to add a page where my registered members can fill in a form.

    The content of the form should be sent to me by email AND it should also be stored in the WP database at the same time. So when the user logs back in and navigates to the page containing the form he will still be able to see what he has submitted.

    All the plugins that I have found so far can only display the form content in the admin area. But, to make things very clear: I am want the user to see what he has entered in the form.

    Hope that anybody can help me with this.
