Logout link page not found

Hi,

If using standard logout link:
echo '<a href="' . wp_logout_url( get_permalink() ) . '">Log out</a>';

I get redirected to : /logout/?_wpnonce=4625d5e3d3

But this page is 404 page not found.

Any ideas how to fix?
