Logo Not Showing in Header

I am beyond frustrated. For some reason my client’s logo is no longer showing in the header after I changed out the logo.

I went to APPEARANCE => CUSTOM HEADER and changed it where I always do, but now, despite “seeing” the logo correctly inside WP, it does not display LIVE.

Please help. This should be so basic! It says the file can’t be found.
