I am having a little trouble with my logo in the header of my page. The header is inserted, and click able, but there seems to be some padding.
The image seems to have a pixel or two border around the logo, and I can't find where it is in the .css

That 1 pixel border isn't in the code, it's in the image itself. Open it up in Photoshop or whatever image editor you're using and take a closer look.
