Is there a plug-in designed where people log-in to your blog like they would Facebook, creating a username and password to upload there comments photos and have a profile set up, so when people post a comment on the blog you know who they are, you see there profile photo and you can click to read there profile itself, something like facebook

I don't know of any off the top of my head, but searching for "wordpress as a social media engine" may return some helpful results.
