   hey there,

   when i log in to wordpress i am automatically directed to the admin section. now for me as the actual admin this is fine. i have wordpress integrated with a couple other programs though, so for the normal users it's quite frustrating when they want to sign in to the wiki for example, but end up first in the admin section. is there a way to sign in, but stay on the login page, where there are then some links pointing to the different programs?

   OK, I tried using a number of different plugins to get this done, but basically if you go into the wp-login.php file and edit it. You simply need to find the code that says:

   $redirect_to = get_option('siteurl') . '/wp-admin/profile.php';

   and edit it to become:

   $redirect_to = get_option('siteurl') . '/';

   It worked for me.
