   Hello , i am having a problem , my login css is broken but i follow everything . i restore all admin css files , and add in functions.php

   function custom_login() {
   echo '<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="' . get_bloginfo('template_directory') . '/admin/login.css" />';
   }

   the website is http://bang007.co.uk/xmembers/wp-login.php

   and created the login.css files in admin in my themes files but it still broken . And i cant find the problem ..

   If anyone can help me it will be grateful.
