Having said that, Ive just tried to access on Chrome and I got this:

    Server error
The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
    Here are some suggestions:
    Reload this webpage later.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.

You;d need to ask your hosts about that.

That’s still too generic an error. What you really need is details. In the meantime, try:
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

That post just set off the lightbulb.. I forgot I had installed a plugin. Deleted that via FTP and its looking good again.

Thanks for your help and for jogging the mind!
