   Hi,
   Im very new to this!
   I want to have my blog only accessed by registered members.
   And therefore need the default page to be a login/register page.
   Is there a simple way of doing this?

   You might want to try a plugin for this. For example, this one might work for you: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/network-privacy/
