   You know, on some sites it is added I dont know as a plugin or something else but I want it on my site.

   I dont know how is that called, on site you have the option to login and do the rest as written in title - maybe wpadmin :).

   Is there any plugin or how to put it on my site?

   Hi

   This code is taken from the default theme, that has that feature. Paste it in wherever you want the link - sidebar.php, footer.php

   <?php wp_loginout(); ?>

   He is only showing "logout" AFTER the user is logged in, but one line of code change displays login also. you can out this in the footer for example. all the code to do it is in that article. Can you follow it?
