I am having issues loging into my account to update and add my photos to my website. Its be awhile (due to illness) that I was able to udate and use my site. Can anyone PLEASE HELP ME update my login. The person that created my site thru wordpress is no longer living and I have no clue on WHAT TO DO!!! please please please help me!!!!

ok, this is very upsetting, IM SORRY but how can I go to the MENU when it is not EXCEPTING MY EMAIL ADDRESS its not allowing me to do NOTHING. Can I speak to someone, can someone call me.
Can YOU GET the email and password and send it to me because i am not having any luck at all. i have never had to go thru so much just to reset and get a password.

Read the information in the link above. There are several ways that do not include being logged in.
No one but you can get your password and email. They are in your database.

ive read it im not understanding it. Like I said, I did not create this page for myself THERFORE Im not sure what to do. Ive READ everything, and I dont understand. HOW CAN I GET MY WEB NAME OFF THIS SITE AND START IT OVER IN ANOTHER PLACE!!! WordPress is not helping me, I can not speak to a LIVE PERSON and I can not update my site. How can I remove my web name from WORDPRESS!!!
Sure. You can talk to your hosting company's support staff. They may be able to help you.

Did you know that typing in caps is like shouting?
While all of us here are live (afaik) you can't speak to anyone because this is a forum of volunteers that try to help people out.
You can find support possibly at your host, or from the folks you purchased the theme from, http://members.photocrati.com/ or pay for help at http://jobs.wordpress.net/
There won't be much support here as you have a premium theme and as part of that, support comes from the theme developers.

That's not going to get people to assist you especially when everyone here is volunteering on their own time for free.

You are being helped, this is the support model for WordPress software. All of us including you are volunteers and we all help other users.
If you need paid support then please consider posting to http://jobs.wordpress.net/ instead.
Starting from the top:
It looks like you're locked out of your WordPress installation. The link that Krishna provided you can walk you through resetting your password on your installation.

Those methods include resetting you password via mysql database access or via the file system using FTP or whatever file management tools your host provides you with.
Give that a read, if you are unable to perform those steps then please contact your host provider and show them this thread and that link. They may be able to assist you.
Once you have access to your WordPress installation then you should be able to start all over again and wipe it out as you see fit.
