   Hi everyone, I want to know if it is possible to add the login form (http://www.mydomain.com/login.php)on a page.

   Not sure what you mean. You could use frames or an iframe to code it into a page. Here is one example: http://www.w3schools.com/TAGS/tag_iframe.asp

   Thanks Bernard, I knew about iframes but what I want is some kind of "php include".
