Login form border colour and style not changing

Hello,

The login border colour is blue, I have made changes to it, but the changes do not display. I am not sure why (I suspect a compatibility issue).

I changed the login border clolour to grey, changed the thickness, changed the radius, change the style to dotted, all these do not reflect.
