‘Login encription” plugin double display. why?

    I tried to install ‘chap secure login’ plugin to secure admin login. It has not worked. So I installed ‘Login encription’ plugin:

    I unzipped the plugin and go to ‘Pluins’ in admin area.

    This pluin is displaying two times. I checked the ‘plugins’ folder. There is only one ‘Login encription’ folder. Why double display?
