   I installed wordpress and some browsers can't even see the login page and others load a blank page when I log in

   May be you have not installed properly try and reinstall if this is fresh install

   I have reinstalled it twice already and it hasn't worked. I am connecting to the database because my tables are being created.

   if this is fresh install You can delete the database and delete wp-config.php and create a new database and run install program.

   I have tried that as well and it still doesn't work. I'm not sure what it is as I have re-downloaded wordpress a few times now.
