   Here is what i see when logging in after upgrading to 3.1 on my multisite.

   it has 2 domains pointing to it and both are displaying properly.

   I think it might be a problem with my user capabilities.
   here is what they are in my database

   wp_capabilities a:1:{s:13:"administrator";s:1:"1";}
   wp_2_capabilities a:1:{s:13:"administrator";s:1:"1";}

   anyone got any ideas how to fix this?

   look sliek the user dashboard.

   Can you visit admin URLs directly?

   Like mainsite.com/wp-admin/widgets.php ?

   nope it was a problem with the mingle plugin and multisite.
   It seems to work on single sites on 3.1 but freaks out with multisites 3.1

   i deleted mingle and up came my sites

   Not all plugins work on multisite.
