log in issues

I am still having log in issues with my chrome and sometimes safari and firefox
On the wordpress site a few days ago I installed limite access log in plugin and than I deleted it. It has left me with this issue. If I reset the password in email I can get in in Safari but not Chrome. Is this a browser issues? Is this a wordpress core issues from the plug in, Has anyone had expereince with the limit login access plug in doing this .
Last night I over wrote the core files and that didn’t seem to help
I didn’t deleted admin folder or includes folder I just over wrote it.
Any help on this would be grateful.

Here is the issues. If I close the browser or shut off my computer and come back to the log in page of the site, I can’t get in I have to reset my password with the email notification. I am thinking this has something to do with the keychain saving passwords in the browser or the plug in did something.
