   My server error log is full of these:
   PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_header() in /home/inkmuse/public_html/imblog/wp-content/themes/ default/404.php on line 1

   That would seem to indicate that I've missed doing something to prep the 404 template for use. I've set this in my .htaccess file:

   ErrorDocument 404 /index.php?error=404

   How should this work??

   I figured it out outside of WP (nothing in anything I could find - forum, codex, etc. - gave a hint on what to do). So, in the immortal words of Emily La Tella..."nevermind..."

   and what did you find out? Same errors here... for the same simple reasons no doubt :-)
