    Hi there,

I am new to all this, i build websites for a living but i am no good at changing function files.

All i am looking to do is lock my bbpress forum using paid membership pro. Is this possible? I have found solutions online on the PMP forum such as... Lockdown bbPress (WP Plugin) Forums Using Paid Memberships Pro

But unfortunately, i suck at editing the function file and have no idea what goes where. Can somebody help me figure this out?

I only have one membership level which is 'Active'.

    Hi whysoserious92

You can put that at the bottom of your current themes functions file, or you can create a plugin with the code in it and deploy it that way.

Whatever you do, just make sure you back up your site first so you can restore it if you make a mistake. Only way to learn is by doing.
