I think I deleted my admin account off a plugin called membership and now when I try to login it says "Sorry your account is not active" The website is called wellmira.com and my email is [redacted]

You can try turning off the plugin (by removing it from your wp-content/plugins folder).

Then you're not using a plugin at least.
Do you have access to PHPMyAdmin? If so, go in and look at your database. See if your email is still there in the users table.

Try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

Pardon? Your FTP client doesn't have a rename option? What FTP client are you using?

Posted 7 months ago #I dont have any FTP client or phpmyadmin client already installed. When I go to the wordpress folder on my computer it is just plain newly installed folder that has no extra plugins in it.

No - not on your computer. You have to rename the folder on the remote server. You need to use FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.
