I made a stupid typo and can't figure out how to get back into my dashboard to fix it.

I tried to re-direct the url for my site from http://www.blacksmithchimney.com to http://www.adamsheetsdesign.us. When i was in the dash board for Blacksmith Chimney, i went to Settings>General and in the url address box, i switched the sites url to adamsheetsdesign.com *NOT ".us" **

Problem: Now because my site is now linked to another domain that i dont have access to, it wont allow me to access the dashboard to fix it. My best guess is that i screwed up something in the wp-config file or the .htacess, or somewhere in wordpress it has re-assigned my site. So the big problem is that the css file is now destroyed making my site look like crap.

Do you have access to the MySQL database of WordPress, maybe via the Cpanel of your hosting provider?

In that case you can change again the site URL form the wp_options table. The first option_Id (1) is always the site URL. Change it from there.

I do have access to MySQL, and i located the option_id. I am confused as to what i change. What i see listed is:

    Field: option_id
    type: BIGINT
    Length/Values: 20
    Collation:
    Attributes: Unsigned
    Null: Not Null
    Default:
    Extra: Auto_increment
    Comments:

I am confuesed when i go to edit the option_id table because i do not see any url fields or something ot "change". Could yo ube a little more specific?

I am using Godaddy as the host, and the MySQL server is Starfield Technologies. Thanks for your help!

What you are seeing is the table structure. You need to see the table content by choosing the "browse" tab.

Below is a screenshot from a sample installation. I highlighted the browse button, the table content and the Edit button you need to use to change the site URL. If you notice on the right of the edit button there is the test URL, http://www.local.com
