[resolved] Locked out of backend (3 posts)

    I went into my backend and changed the password of my administrator account. When I clicked ok I ended up with a blank page and now I can't get to a login screen :(

    I tried the normal url and wp-login.php but I just get a blank page on them. I deleted the htaccess file using ftp but I get the same result :(

    Really need some help here....

    Hi, Please check the "Helpful Troubleshooting Links" section from the following page:
    http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-security-and-firewall-plugin

    There is one that shows you how you can deactivate the plugin via FTP (if you can't access the wp admin).

    Did you clear your browser case after you did the password change? (Just in case)
