   Hey all:

   Running WordPress 3.2.1 and recently installed the plugin "pie-register" into my website which requires approval of users before they can login.

   Guess what? It required approval of my only Administrator account and locked me out. I encounter this error now "ERROR: Your account has to be confirmed by an administrator before you can login.".

   If anyone can help me... you would be a lifesaver.

   (I shouldn't giggle, I'm ashamed)

   Have you tried deactivating your wordpress plugin, by FTP, simply renaming its folder in /wp-content/plugins ?
   Hit F5 a good number of times in your browser after this, and try logging in again...
