ok I tried to upload a new version of wordpress and got it all wrong. Almost lost everything... I have finally reverted back to an older version and it is mostly working other than I am locked out of my admin. this is the error message I have been getting.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: is_multisite() in /homepages/14/d271388824/htdocs/webportfolio/blog/wp-admin/admin.php on line 43
what do I need to do?

just tried to re upload my admin.php and this is what I get now...
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tinymce_include() (previously declared in /homepages/14/d271388824/htdocs/webportfolio/blog/wp-includes/deprecated.php:756) in /homepages/14/d271388824/htdocs/webportfolio/blog/wp-admin/includes/deprecated.php on line 21

ok I deleted the upgrade.php files and now it takes me here...
